The OmniStick can be updated using the USB Burning Tool. The OmniStick comes with a MicroUSB power wire, which can also be used to update the device’s firmware.
To update the firmware, load the firmware IMG file into the USB Burning Tool and click “Start”, hold down the reset button on the OmniStick (the tiny hole on the OmniStick has a reset button hidden). While holding the reset button, plug the OmniStick into your PC. The update process will begin automatically. Once it’s complete you can disconnect the stick and use it on your television with the new firmware.

There is a little pinhole labeled “RST” located on the backside of the Arc. With a toothpick-like instrument, press the button located in the pinhole, and hold for 10-15 seconds. Next, power the device off and then back on again. Your router settings have now been reset.

Next, select the “Smart Home” icon on the home screen. Then, select “Add New Device”, from here you are given the option add a camera to your Arc. Input the camera’s UID number in the appropriate field along with the corresponding password then select “Save”. You now have access to your camera’s feed.
Go to the “Smart Home” tab of the Arc. Select the room in which the light is located in. Scroll down to the type of device which are your “lights” in this case. Dim the light with the “Up” and “Down” keys on your remote or keyboard. The darkest setting starts at 0% and the brightest setting is at 100% .

Then, by highlighting the score and selecting it, a pop-up window should open showing you the necessary steps to follow to improve your score. Make the appropriate changes to receive a better security score.
Select the “Security” icon located on the bottom right of the home screen and click “Total Threat Blockeds”. After doing so, a screen will pop-up with a list of the devices connected to your Arc’s network. To the right of this list, you will see a list of logged threats on your network. Any network threats reported by Arc can be viewed in the “Security” section on the device.
