Burberry continues to add to its B Series of Riccardo Tisci-designed accessories with the drop of a train ticket-inspired wallet and cardholder. The British label previously dropped a train ticket-printed keyring in March, which was available to purchase for 24 hours exclusively via its Instagram, WeChat, LINE and Kakao platforms.
This time around, Burberry adds its UK travel ticket print to two premium calfskin leather accessories. The bi-fold wallet features a black interior with embossed Burberry branding and comes with eight card slots and four note slots. The cardholder comes with four card slots, one note slot and is not embossed.
Both feature large “BURBERRY” branding printed on to the train ticket design, which is finished with a number of ink-jet and rail-themed design cues such as the 8-bit type font, washed-out green card background and standard UK travel details, such as “LONDON TERMINALS.”
The wallet is priced at £280 GBP (approx. $355 USD) and the cardholder at £180 GBP (approx. $230 USD). Both can be purchased from retailers such as SSENSE.
